Shipping Policy — Multi temperature

Multi temperature — operated by Multi temperature — ships thoughtfully selected merchandise to US addresses and eligible international destinations.

  1. Delivery coverage

    We primarily ship to addresses in the United States. Selected international destinations may be available at checkout when a shipping rate is offered for your address.

    We do not ship to destinations that cannot be selected at checkout, or where no carrier rate is returned. Contact simmons928084donna@gmail.com before ordering if you are unsure.

  2. Fulfillment timeline

    Each order is prepared within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

    After handover to the carrier, expect approximately 4-6 business days after the order ships for typical in-stock parcels to standard U.S. addresses. Estimates only — weather, carrier capacity, and product size can change timing.

    Processing days exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays.

  3. Cost of shipping

    Free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.

    Extra charges for heavy/oversized/freight items appear at checkout before you pay when applicable.

  4. Carriers & tracking

    We ship via major parcel carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or equivalent). The carrier for your order appears on the shipping confirmation. Tracking is emailed when the package ships (allow up to 24 hours for carrier activation).

  5. Delivery issues

    Should a shipment go missing or stall unusually, Email simmons928084donna@gmail.com within 30 days of the ship date with your order number and tracking. For damage, keep packaging and send photos.

    You are responsible for a complete shipping address. Contact us within 24 hours of ordering to correct an address before shipment.

  6. Packaging & special cases

    Items are packed with attention to presentation and protection for the journey to your door.

    Multi-item orders may ship in more than one package. International duties/taxes (if any) are the customer’s responsibility unless stated at checkout.
